Does Binance Have a Customer Service Number? How to Reach Real Support
Not one listed on any Binance page we checked. Support runs through a chat on Binance’s website and app, where a bot answers first and can pass you to a person.

The closest Binance comes to saying whether it has a customer service number is its FAQ How to Identify Fake Binance Support Phone Numbers? “For security reasons, Binance Support is only available on the official Binance website,” it begins, and then “Anyone calling you by phone and claiming to be from Binance is a scammer.” It goes on to say Binance Support “would never proactively reach out” on unofficial channels, phone included, though it stops short of stating that no phone line exists. The phone does appear in Binance’s Terms of Use, which list telephone among the ways Binance may contact you “in exceptional circumstances” (clause 3.2), and that is Binance calling you, not a number for you to dial. A complaint page Binance published in July 2026 describes customer support as “available 24/7 through our official channels in multiple languages”, with complaints taken through the Support Center or 24/7 live chat.
So the first place to go is the chat. Log in on the website and click the [Binance Support] icon at the bottom right, or open the app and tap the [Support] icon on the homepage. If you can’t sign in at all, start with help when you can’t log in, which begins at the login screen.
Signed in? Getting from the live chat bot to a person
Binance’s page How to Use Binance Support? describes Binance Support as “an advanced AI bot that can suggest solutions based on the details you provide.” The bot answers first, and a person comes in once you’ve told it that its answers don’t help. The page gives the steps in this order.
- Open the chat from the [Binance Support] icon on the website, or the [Support] icon on the app’s homepage. Binance Assistant opens with suggested questions and tools.
- Try the self-service tools before typing anything. The page names updating identity verification, resetting 2FA and a deposit enquiry among them, and the [>] arrow shows more.
- If no suggested question fits, click [Get Support], then pick a topic or type your own question. When the answers still miss, rephrase it, or click [Customer Service] “to speak with a human agent.”
- If the bot can’t solve it, tap [Unresolved]. Still no answer? Tap [Not relevant].
- Choose [Yes, transfer to Customer Service]. In the page’s words, “you’ll be connected with a CS agent.”
Choose your language early. The page says you can select it before entering the chat, from the language icon at the top right, and “Once connected to a CS agent, you won’t be able to change the language.”
Then put the whole problem into your first message. Binance asks you to describe the question in detail and attach supporting documents such as screenshots. Open with the exact message on your screen and a screenshot of it, and only then explain what you were doing when it appeared.
You don’t have to sit and watch the window. “You may leave the chat window anytime after submitting your question,” the page says, and you’ll be notified once an agent is assigned to your case. The one deadline is yours. Binance asks you to “reply to the thread within 24 hours to keep your conversation open”, and replying within that time keeps your place in the queue.
Contacting support without logging in: start at the login screen
The support page’s steps begin with logging in. Binance’s scam-report page does say you can report cases “through Binance Support directly if you haven’t logged in”, without showing what the chat looks like before you sign in, so start where Binance’s 2FA reset page starts, at [Log In] on the official website, and pick the line that matches what’s in the way.
- Forgotten password, 2FA still working. At the password step, Binance’s 2FA reset page says “If you have forgotten your password, click [Forgot password?] to reset it.” Then log in and open the support chat.
- Password fine, authenticator or phone gone. After the password, select the method you’ve lost, “then click [Security verification unavailable?] on the following pop-up to reset.” Each screen of that reset, the statuses it can end in and what to tick when the SIM went with the phone are in resetting Binance 2FA after losing the authenticator.
- No password and no 2FA left. The same page has one line for this case. “If you’re unable to reset your password because you can’t access any 2FA, please contact our Customer Support”. The Support column in Binance’s website footer lists 24/7 Chat Support. Have the account’s email address and the identity document you verified with to hand before you open it.
- A pop-up says the account is disabled. What to select on that pop-up, and the withdrawal hold that follows, are in getting a disabled Binance account back.
Whichever line fits, stop at the first screen that asks for something you can’t give. Take a screenshot, and bring those exact words to the chat rather than going round the same screen again.
Making a formal complaint when the chat hasn’t settled it
Binance’s page How to raise a complaint? is linked as How to Raise a Complaint in the Support column of Binance’s website footer. It says “If you are dissatisfied with a service or outcome, you may file an official complaint through our Support Center or 24/7 live chat.” Clause 3.1 of the Terms of Use (version effective 21 July 2026) sends questions, feedback and complaints to the customer support chat as well.
The page then describes how a complaint is handled. A written acknowledgement comes “within two Business Days, including a personalized reference number so that you can track progress.” Binance aims to give a final response within 30 business days, and if it needs longer, it says it will explain why, give an update and tell you when to expect a resolution. “In all cases, we will endeavour to provide a final response within 60 business days, depending on the nature and complexity of the matter.” If a complaint is upheld, the page says Binance will decide and tell you how it proposes to resolve the matter, “including compensation where appropriate.” These times and the chat’s 24-hour reply rule are as Binance’s pages gave them when we checked in October 2026, so open the live complaint and support pages before you count days on any of them.
The page gives no form or menu path for the complaint itself, so open the chat, say in the first line that you are making an official complaint, then give what happened, the dates, and any order number or transaction ID involved. Keep the reference number from the acknowledgement.
Once Binance’s own complaint channels are fully used, the complaint page names an outside authority you may escalate to. It only considers complaints that were raised with Binance first and that relate to events on or after 5 January 2026, so read the conditions on that page if you reach that point.
We’d keep a complaint for a decision or a service problem you disagree with. A locked account, a pending check or a reset under review still goes through the support chat and the login-screen steps, and the complaint page doesn’t present itself as a way past them.
Checking a number, email or account with Binance Verify
Binance’s own answer to “is this number really Binance?” is a lookup page, Binance Verify, also in the Support column of Binance’s footer. Its prompt reads “Enter a URL, email address, phone number, Telegram, or social media accounts to check if the source is verified and officially from Binance.” The fake-number FAQ points there too. “You can use Binance Verify to verify the authenticity of the username or email contacting you.” Reach it by typing Binance’s address yourself, not through a link in the message you’re checking.
A match tells you less than it seems to. The page itself says “Binance Verify only assists identity verification.” Its second notice is the one to hold on to during any call or chat. “Binance will never request funds or tokens via private communications.” The FAQ adds a caution about one channel in particular. “However, you should still exercise caution if the Telegram ID appears as ‘Verified’.”
No match is the clearer result. With no support number on Binance’s pages to compare a search result against, treat a number Verify doesn’t confirm as one not to call. For tests that work on the request itself, whatever the channel, see five checks for a call or text that claims to be support.
Already called a “customer care number” from a search result?
End the call, or stop replying if it has moved to a messaging app. Then open the Binance app yourself and work out what, if anything, left your hands.
Binance’s page How to Protect Your Binance Account from Scam is direct about callers. Its advice is “Never return any calls from someone claiming to be a Binance employee or Binance Support team”. The Terms’ allowance for Binance to phone customers “in exceptional circumstances” doesn’t change our advice. We’d act only on what you can see after logging in yourself, and never on what a caller tells you.
Nothing changed hands. Check the number on Binance Verify, then look over the account’s recent activity. If nothing there is unfamiliar, there’s nothing to undo.
You gave a password, a code, remote access or your recovery phrase. The same Binance page says support staff “will never ask you to reveal any sensitive information”, so treat whatever you shared as known to someone else. Secure your email and the Binance account now, in the order set out in what to do after replying to a fake support contact.
You sent crypto. Report it on Binance’s Case Report Form. The page How to Report Scams on Binance Support? lists three ways in. One is [Report Scam] on the details page of the transaction. Another is the [Binance Support] icon, then [View All] in the Self Service section, then [Non-P2P Related Scam Report]. The third is to describe the scam in the chat and follow the case report link in Customer Service’s reply. The last two start with logging in to your verified account, and “Currently, the Case Report Form is only available to Binance users.” If you can’t log in, the page says you can report through Binance Support directly. The form “only supports reporting withdrawal and payment scams”, and for other kinds the page says to contact Binance Support. It is plain about the odds, too. “Please note that blockchain transactions are irreversible and anonymous.” Binance also encourages you to report scams to law enforcement.
The number was on a Binance.US page. Binance.US’s help centre does list a toll-free line, for its own customers. Binance.US is a separate company with its own help centre and terms; its Terms of Use say BAM Trading, which offers its services, and Binance Holdings Limited “share common majority ownership, but are not within the same corporate or management structure.” What its pages say about phone support describes Binance.US accounts, not binance.com ones, so for a binance.com account the chat is still where to start.
Even if you lost nothing, the number is worth reporting. The fake-number FAQ asks anyone who suspects impersonation to contact support through the scam-report steps, and the report page has a way in for leads without a loss. On the Case Report Form, select [No] on the pop-up “Have You Lost Money?”, choose [Others] under “Report type”, then under Others enter “Providing scam leads.” Add the number and the page where you found it.
