Face and selfie checks on exchanges: failing, stuck or repeated

The camera part of verification: the liveness check that asks you to turn your head or blink, the screen that stays on “loading”, repeated face prompts before withdrawals, and the limits on retries. Problems are split by where the scan stops — the camera never starts, the scan finishes then fails, or a check you thought you had passed comes back — because each one has a different fix.

  1. Binance Verification Failed: Fix It by the Message You See

Typing a 6-digit code when it failed? That’s a 2FA code error, not your ID. On the identity screens, find the step that stopped and change only that before the next try.

  2. Binance Face Verification Failed: What to Change Before You Retry

If the scan ran to the end and then said it failed, change three things before the next try: the light on your face, anything on your head or eyes, and where your face sits in the frame.

  3. Binance Face Verification Stuck on Loading (or Showing Error 133197)

Restart on a different device. On the Binance website, pick the QR code option to carry on by phone; if it’s the app that stays on loading, begin again on the website instead.

  4. Liveness Check Failed on a Crypto Exchange? Four Places a Face Scan Stops

Start from what’s on your screen. A camera that never opened needs a permission or another device; a scan that ended in a refusal needs better light, a clear face or a person to review it.

  5. How Long Does Binance Verification Take? What Each Status Means

48 hours is the usual figure for your ID and face check; proof of address can take up to 1–2 working days, and source of funds up to 3 to 10 business days, counted from when you submit.
